Fiat Grande Panda

It’s time for the return of Fiat’s much loved Panda brand – but this time as a low cost electric car.

The new electric Panda is under 4 metres long, retaining the small, nippy dimensions of its predecessor. With a 44kWh battery, it should be good for around 195 miles of driving, and it also benefits from rapid charging at speeds of up to 100kw, great for a quick top up on longer trips.

Nicola Hume from Electrifying visited Italy to have a look around the car, give it a test drive, and to discover its party trick, a really long charging cable.

If you are taking your first steps towards plug-in motoring, you will probably need a workplace charger or home charger to refuel your EV. If so, get in touch with The Full EV for advice on charging choices – we’ll advise you on selecting the car charger that will work best for your individual situation.
