Martin fitted the charger at 6 Lon Uchaf on 29.1.25. He did a fantastic job and I was impressed by his efficiency, his attention to detail and neatness. There was nothing left for me to tidy up after he had left.I also had pleasant dealings with Leighton, who arranged the fitting and suggested a suitable charger that, cost-wise, wouldn't break the bank.I have no hesitation in recommending The Full EV to anyone wanting to install a charger and looking for a truly professional company.

The firm was booked by the office of Wallbox in Spain to replace an existing faulty product. The people were quick to respond to the request to initially test the unit and later to replace it. The engineer who came to do the work Chris, was efficient and very pleasant to talk to. I wish I had known about the firm when I first had the charger fitted. I can from my experience fully recommend the firm.

My experience of using the 'The Full EV' was fantastic. From my initial call with Leighton which helped me to define what EV Charger we should go for, to receiving an Installation quote. The EV Charger installation was carried out very competently on the previously agreed Installation date. The Ohme Pro EV Charger subsequently worked very well with my wife's car when we tried it out using the Ohme Pro EV Charger Application. All in all, we would recommend 'The Full EV'

Overall a good experience. The EV fitter was efficient and conscientious ensuring all looks smart. Price wise it was ok. The link the the FullEV was provided by the salesperson (Charlotte) at Peugeot in Newport where we bought the car. She indicated there would be a discount. I'm not sure that happened. Happy with what's been done. The costs running an EV are better than expected. A bit more help and support with the set up of the Ohme App would be good but we have got there. It's now costing us 2p a mile almost a ten times less than our old petrol car.

They completely project managed the installation and quickly responded to questions that I had. The installation team were thoroughly professional, efficient and polite. Cannot fault The Full Ev team!Chris visited the property to survey and showed up bang on time (rare with the other companies I enquired with).He was knowledgeable, answered all questions, went above and beyond regarding best apps to download etc.The install team again showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and were kind and respectful.Installation took less than a week from accepting the quote (OhMe had a 8-10 week lead time).Would definitely use again!

We wanted an EV charger fitted so we went through Barks and the Full EV were the only company to contact us. They asked a series of questions and also for photos and a short video so they could accurately assess our needs. They then arranged a date. The technician came out today on time. He was very polite and efficient and made a good job of fitting the charger. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone who wants an EV charger fitted.

The Full EV installed an EVEC pod. At the first attempt to charge the car we experienced a 'current leakage' after an hour of charging. The Full RV responded well and sent an experienced installer to fix it. It now works well and reliably.
